My diet

Been a little busy the last few weeks. Had an interview I had to write in Japanese. Be sure to look for it on Renmei’s website in the next week or so. Let’s see how much of my Japanese needed fixing…
Also, it’s the World Cup and it’s happening during the day in South Africa! Makes for lots of 5 in the morning beers.
Which have definitely not been helping me on the diet that Jenn and and a few other pros started last week.
For my first post, I already have to confess to eating a banned food. I was taken to lunch and got a hamburger. I figured if he was buying anyway, then the extra I have to pay to the diet penalty fund is just what I would have had to pay for lunch anyway.
So, breakfast (well, it was the first meal of the day: Double cheeseburger with a strawberry shake.
Dinner: The steamed vegetable salad I always get at Tokyu store.
Yesterday breakfast: grapefruit, granola
Lunch: tuna sandwich, cream cheese bismark, pastrami sandwichi, spinach foccacia.
Dinner: beer, mixed nuts. (it was a big lunch)
Friday breakfast: The catered lunch we had at the Kose shoot which I was late for but in time for lunch. YES!! Hamburger steak, gobou salad, a chicken thing I can’t remember, and some other entree I can’t quite remember.
Dinner: Helped out at the Black Lion so a LOT of beer, nuts and a plate of nachos, which should definitely have been banned except that then I would have nothing left to eat when I went there.
Alright, also gotta get on the stick and measure exactly where I am weight wise, eh?
More later, when I start eating healthily…..
